Pardon Our Dust – Cosmopolitan is Growing!

Within the past few months it has become apparent that Cosmopolitan Medical has outgrown our facility as it stands now. This could be viewed as an inconvenience, but we see it as an opportunity to build our call center into one of the best, accommodating, modern facilities in the medical call center field. So we are putting on our hard hats and getting to work. What’s Being Done? At this point in time, we are utilizing all stations in our Operations Room; we literally have no room for new employees. So in order to plan for future growth and the ability to handle call volume, we are doubling the amount of stations to seat new team members. Cosmopolitan Medical will also be adding seven additional manager stations to guarantee a reasonable Manager to Team Member ratio. This ensures the highest level of quality service to our clients and their patients as well as providing the support our Team Members need. Finally we are building an additional training room in order to have more space for new Team Member training and ongoing internal quality training. Quality is of high importance to Cosmopolitan medical, so we want to make sure that we will always have space to focus on internal quality with existing Team Members. While this is all going on, Cosmopolitan Medical Communications vows to you that you will not see even the slightest disruption in service or quality of care on the phone. It will be business as usual for you and your patients.
