Monthly Competition: Call Checks & Errors

We have begun holding a monthly internal competition, each month focusing on different areas of our services and expertise. We are holding this competition to ensure we continue to provide the highest level of service possible.  As a medical communications provider, one of the most important aspects of our services are the interactions between patients calling in and our representatives being able to provide them with the assistance they are seeking.  For the month of May, our competition will be focused on these calls and the ability of our Team Members to provide the necessary information and help quickly, efficiently, and with compassion and care in regards to the patient experience.

For the purposes of the competition, our Team Members will be divided into eight teams. Calls between patients and our representatives are scored based on a wide variety of criteria which affects the patient’s experience.  Based on the scores of these call checks, our teams will be ranked from one through eight, eight being the highest and correlating to the highest number of points.    ßsounds a bit too harsh, consider taking out; we don’t want to underscore that any mistakes are made Adding the call check and error scores together will determine which of our teams has provided the best patient experience for the month and will be our winner!  Members of the winning Team will win free movie tickets!  To remind our Team Members of the great prize awaiting them, we are popping fresh popcorn and playing a different movie in our break room each day!  By creating fun contests like this, it encourages our Team to continue performing at top levels, while also rewarding a job well done!  Providing a great experience for our callers is one of the most important things we do at Cosmopolitan, and we look forward to crowning a winner of this competition at the end of the month!  If this sounds like a work environment you would excel in, check out our current job openings!
