Recognizing that our employees are the true front line of our operations and the ones responsible for executing messages in a successful and timely manner, we strive to create a healthy, successful work environment where personal effort and responsibility are the main components of coming to work.
Creating an Employee Environment
One of the hallmarks of creating a successful and positive workplace is ensuring you are starting with the cream of the crop. Out of thousands of applicants, we hire only a select few employees who strongly demonstrate the aptitude to handle the normal stresses of desk jobs coupled with the emotional and sociological aspect to handle an influx of urgent calls in a professional manner. We value healthy living, so we ensure that our employees are smoke-free individuals after testing for nicotine. This opens up our outdoor employee break space to be a peaceful place from which to enjoy the weather rather than a secluded area for smoking. No tattoos and professional dress ensures an environment that communicates that work is the main focus of every individual.
