What I like the most about my job is the people that I work with. We have formed a friendly atmosphere and maintain a nice working relationship. While we have a lot of fun together, we work as a Team to get things done. It is nice to see that when one of us need help, the rest jump in to help in whatever way they can.
Over the years, as a Team Member in a leadership position I have learned the importance of being responsible and setting a good example for the team when following the company’s procedures and protocols. There are several accounts and tasks I have learned since I started working with the company that I enjoy doing. In the last few years, the company has grown a lot and there are more incentives available for our Team Members. We also enjoy treats such as nacho and barbeque days that our Team Members love.
