Today was the first day of National Customer Service Week. Since we serve as either the primary or afterhours Customer Service center for the majority of our clients, this is a special week for our team at the call center. Our Team works very hard throughout the year to make sure our clients, and their callers, are receiving the highest level of Customer Service.
To kick off the week, we had a Nacho Bar today. Our Nacho bar consisted not just of chips and cheese, but the WORKS! We had sour cream, guacamole, homemade salsa, onions, tomatoes, shredded cheese, black olives, and any other topping you could possibly imagine. We also decorated the break room so our team would have a room filled with celebration to enjoy their lunch in. Since blue and red are our company colors, these were the themed colors, and of course we used stars to decorate, because our Team is full of stars! Without the individual efforts of each of our Team Members, we wouldn’t be able to do what we do for our clients day in, and day out.
At the end of the week, we will be having raffle drawings where our Team Members will have the opportunity to win all sorts of prizes from Target and gas gift cards and movie tickets, to lunch out with the boss, and other prizes. One of our clients even sent a swag bag filled with goodies for us to celebrate this week! Each Team Members started the day with one “free” raffle ticket placed in the pot. Throughout the day, Team Members had pop quizzes with questions ranging from company history, specific account knowledge, company policies and procedures and the like. If you answered correctly, you received an extra raffle ticket for the jar!
The competition has begun, the food is being eaten, and our team is really enjoying being able to dress in casual wear during this week’s festivities! Today was only the beginning – more to follow as the week goes on!
