When you join Cosmopolitan Medical Communications you become a part of something bigger than just answering phone calls- you help make a positive impact on the live’s of others everyday.Our team members undergo extensive training before they ever take their first call. This training includes techniques for politely and patiently keeping callers on-task with providing us the information we need in order to meet their request.

Our team members are randomly graded on multiple calls taken each month, with three criteria to meet including quality assurance, customer availability and errors. If we find that a team member is not meeting our expectations, they are provided additional training to help them improve.

However, in our environment this is not a widespread issue because our team is motivated to score well.
