Oct. 3 through the Oct. 7 is Customer Service Appreciation Week and we have a lot of great perks in store for our incredibly hard-working team. We received an overwhelming response to “shorts days” this summer, raising over $3,800 for Susan G Komen Foundation for Breast Cancer Research. Cosmopolitan Medical Communications still feels it is important to maintain a business casual dress code on a regular basis, however, during Customer Service Week, our team has the option to wear shorts or jeans with tennis shoes/sandals – no cost associated. Many Team Members said being able to wear shorts was one of their favorite perks ever.
To show how grateful we are for our Team Member’s hard work and efforts year round, we will have a fun celebration each day:
Monday: Nacho Bar Day
Tuesday: Ice Cream day
Wednesday: BBQ and Jersey Day
Thursday: Chocolate Fountain Day
Friday: Pajama Day
We will also have drawings every day for prizes. Team Members are automatically entered into the drawing with one ticket. Opportunities will arise throughout the week to earn additional tickets and can be earned for 100% call checks for the week, verified compliment submissions, perfect attendance, and random pop quizzes. Drawings will be done randomly.
We have a couple of other appreciation items planned, but you’ll have to wait and find out what they are! This is a thank you to our staff for all they do year round to make sure Cosmopolitan is truly the leader in Customer Service!
